1. SHIPPING POLICY
    • Standard preparation time: 3-5 business days from the date of payment and order confirmation.
    • International shipping time depends on the destination and courier, usually ranging from 4-10 business days.
    • Customers are required to pay the full order value in advance. After payment, the order will be confirmed and proceed to the production – inspection – packaging – and shipping stages.
    • Once payment is completed, the order cannot be refunded or canceled under any circumstances, except in cases of company confirmation errors (e.g., out-of-stock products or system errors).
    • Customers must provide accurate shipping and contact information. Any additional costs arising from incorrect information will be the customer’s responsibility.
    • Import taxes or customs fees (if any) will be paid by the recipient according to the regulations of the destination country.
  2. WARRANTY POLICY
    • All products come with a 3-month warranty for BoxPhone and a 1-year warranty for Router or MiniPC, starting from the date the customer receives the product.
    • If a product has a manufacturing defect, GenFarmer will support by sending replacement parts/products or refunding the defective portion.
    • Damages caused by the user (drops, impacts, water damage, unauthorized hardware/software modification, etc.) are not eligible for warranty or refund; however, GenFarmer will provide technical assistance within reasonable limits.
    • GenFarmer provides remote technical support via video call, online guidance, or remote control software whenever the customer needs it.
  3. PRODUCT HANDLING PROCESS
    • Upon receiving the package, customers must record a full unboxing video as proof in case of any issues.
    • If any shipping damage is found, the customer must immediately notify the sales representative for support.
    • In cases of a damaged or dead mainboard, or any technical defect from the manufacturer, customers must provide clear video evidence for GenFarmer’s technical team to verify.
    • Once the defect is confirmed to be from the manufacturer, GenFarmer will proceed with replacement or partial refund according to international warranty procedures.
  4. NOTES
    • Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 3-7 business days from the confirmation date.
    • Products sent for warranty or replacement must retain original seals, labels, and identification codes, and must not be disassembled or tampered with in any way.
    • All cases will be evaluated and verified by GenFarmer’s technical team before processing.
